Travel Registered Nurse (RN) / Local Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about healthcare conditions, treatments, and preventive measures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.

Requirements:

• Valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience in a clinical setting.
• BLS certification; additional certifications may be required depending on specialty and assignment.
• Strong clinical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to adapt to different work environments and handle stressful situations with professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in travel nursing or willingness to travel.
• Specialty certification in relevant nursing area.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Pay Rate:

• Travel RN: Up to $54 per hour, depending on experience, specialty, and assignment location.
• Local RN: $47 per hour, with potential for additional shift differentials or bonuses.
